Our Winter Scents Are Coming... 👀

Our winter scents are coming back, and this year we’ve made a few changes that we’re really excited about.

So, what’s new?

First up, Gold was one of your favourites last winter, so we’ve decided to bring it into more of the range this year. You’ll now be able to get it as a candle, soap bar, buttercup and bath bomb.

We’ve also made a small change to Winter Mist. We’ve added pine to the peppermint and lavender to balance out the scent.

We’ve also changed a couple of the names

This year, we wanted the names to feel more about the seasons and what makes them winter scents. Inspired by the colder months and the things we love about being at home in Rye this time of year.

All Things Nice is now Harbour Lights

Harbour Lights is a fruity scent with spiced cinnamon and juicy tangerine, inspired by the leading lights of Rye Harbour that guide ships home at night.

All Things Nice described the scent well, but we wanted a name that felt more like winter in Rye. The cosy feeling of coming home on a cold evening, with the lights of the harbour guiding you in, is exactly what this scent reminds us of. So, we landed on Harbour Lights.

Gold is now Woodland Haze

Woodland Haze is made with pine, rosewood and neroli — it reminds us of walking through the woods on a cold winter’s day. Gold was originally named after the colour of the soap, but thought Woodland Haze was a better fit for this scent.

Winter Mist

Winter Mist is staying the same because we couldn't think of a name that suited it better. It’s still made with peppermint and lavender, but this year we’ve added pine to balance out the peppermint. The team are really excited to launch this scent and suspect it could become a bestseller.

Leaving the range this year

We’ve decided to put our focus into keeping your favourites stocked up over the winter season, so Tangerine Dream and Winter Posset won’t be in the range this year. We also decided to stop with Winter fragrance Room Mists & Diffusers since these weren’t that popular (but don’t worry, our year-round fragrances aren’t going anywhere).
