Nutmeg Essential Oil

Nutmeg, as with Cinnamon and Clove oil, reminds us of preparations for Christmas. With its warm, spicy and musky scent, this oil is also very potent. Caution should be taken when blending, as it can overstimulate the nerves. It is a useful addition to anti-inflammatory blends as it is a natural pain reliever.

With muscle and joint soothing blends in mind, we recommend Black Pepper, Clove, Coriander, Cypress, Cinnamon, Frankincense, Lime, Rosemary, Tea Tree, and Clary Sage.
