WiDEYE has always been about keeping things simple.
We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.
This blog is your suggestion box
Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.
A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

I am a big fan of your balancing skin care. They are the best products I have used by far and I really appreciate the price point too. I like the fact we can return old jars and an grateful for the loyalty points. I would also love it if there was a way of including SPF in the moisturiser.

Im a 56 year old engineering and never really thought much to soap, shampoo and moisturiser as long as it done its job. Since discovering Wideye I have realised how bad normal products are against these natural soaps and shampoos etc. I feel so clean and make my skin and hair are a lot softer than before and the fragrances are amazing.
I now buy these products for my daughter who is in love them now. I will never go to any other company for these items and will totally recommend Wideye to everyone.
I am hoping at some point you will produce a
shaving bar as I know this too would be amazing.
I’m a big fan of wideye due to the natural ingredients and being handmade and many vegan options. My favourites are the sugar scrubs and the hand and foot creams as well as the shampoo bars. I particularly love the minty winter mist scent and tangerine dream, it would be great to have those scents all year round. As a vegan it would be nice to be able to use some of the balms you have, but currently they contain beeswax, an alternative wax could be used so you can reach a wider audience for those that are beefree. Particularly would like to use the heel balm.
