We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.
This blog is your suggestion box
Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.
A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

I love everything I’ve tried. I love the VIP gift and it works from your point of view as I’ve tried new products that I have then carried on buying. Totally agree with being able to save favourites on the website for easy re ordering. I would also agree with facial moisturiser with SPF please.
I absolutely love the shower bar that I buy on a regular basis. I love the size as it lasts a good while and my skin is nourished and feels loved by the beautiful natural ingredients. However on a practical note I do have to wait until it has reduced in size before I can put it into my ‘shower string mitt pocket’ thingy, which then works well for an all over scrub and clean. With this in mind have you considered making small circular ones or square that could go into a tin for travel or ease of use for hospital stays for example. I love using for both the shower and strip sink wash. At the outset of a new bar, the rigidity is great to keep it upright to drain and avoid a soggy bottom but perhaps 2 smaller portions to make a whole equivalent might be easier to handle and gives more flexibility of putting it in a tin for travel/ hospital stays.
I tried a lot of your soaps last year, I loved the yellow one as it was extra moisturising and nourishing. I found the others less moisturising in the trial box. Could more of them have the base of the yellow soap, but then different colours and natural ingrediants added on top. It was fab and I would try more if they were like it. Thank you
