We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.
This blog is your suggestion box
Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.
A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

I’ve seems tuff I can order for a delivery fee that I then cannot just pick up in store.

I do love your skin fuel face cream but wish it was a tiny bit richer, particularly in the winter.
Also- just bought your skin fuel body butter which is SOoOooo moisturising! I’m gutted I didn’t find it sooner. I would be great if it had a slightly stronger scent though.
