A Sustainable Day Out In Wonderful Brighton

There was no hesitation in our minds that our third coastal store was to be in vivacious Brighton. Brighton is booming in green culture ,it is ranked one of the greenest cities in the UK. With local MP Caroline Lucus, the UK’s only Green Party MP who is fighting for a sustainable future.

Bursting with creativity and charm, known for its laid back vibe, Brighton is a must visit coastal town.

Pop down to the seaside...

With  active living and a deep connection to the sea being close to our hearts, then a dip in the ocean is a must, check out BKSA  Brighton kite surf and Sup academy and Yellow wave beach sports club  for fun beach activities.

No day by the seaside is complete without a trip to the pier and Brighton is no different. This historical attraction was built in 1899 and is just as fun today. Try your luck in the arcades, or brave the zip wire.

From the pier, why not take a bike ride along the promenade. We are loving how Brighton is tackling emissions by being a “City cycling revolution “. BTN rent a bike scheme has hundreds of drop off points making it easy to take in the sights! The council are also installing  electric charging points with a 50% discount on parking permits on low-emissions vehicles.

Quaint and Quirky Finds

Situated in the lanes is the Mesmerising and beautifully ornate royal pavilion. Rich in an abundance of Brighton history you can take a tour and visit the museum before wandering the gardens. Leaving the pavilion gardens leads you to the renowned quirky lanes with bags of character and colourful sights including the buildings and some amazing artistic street graffiti.

When it comes to sustainable shopping options, Brighton offers a plethora to help you along your greener journey.
