Taking 5 mins out and taking care of ourselves is self-nourishment, it’s not to be mistaken for selfishness. Just as we strive to look after ourselves with healthy food and exercise, it is also important that we nurture our well being.
If we are relaxed and grounded we find the strength within ourselves and also help others.
So I have decided to share just 5 little products that I enjoy and allow just that little bit of TLC… for myself.
Room diffuser
Smell, being one of the five basic senses is very important with the power to provoke emotion. Every time I open my front door and get back after facing the world and I am greeted with that hit of a natural blend of essential oils that brings me instant joy, I take a deep breath… and I know I’m home.

This is a shout out to make up wearers with slightly more dehydrated mature skin. I adore this luxurious balm. A blend of balancing and strengthening oils such as Rosehip, Sesame seed, Avocado and coconut oils, and stunning notes of lavender and Jasmine to aid with soothing, scarring and skin irritations. The blend just melts off your make-up with such ease and leaves the skin super soft, fresh and deeply nourished.

Rehab exfoliate & Rehab Mask
This Tag team super duo is perfect to help put the spark back into dull skin.
Full of the natural Vit C to help refresh and restore. From day to day living and exposure to the elements our skin gets put through a lot. Vit C plays an important role in keeping your skin healthy. Rich in antioxidants that aid to protect the skin from damage from harmful free radicals, Vit C is also an anti-inflammatory and is known to improve skin tone, texture, hydration, boosts collagen and reduce signs of ageing and also tackles pigmentation.
The rehab exfoliate is a non-abrasive gentle but highly effective exfoliation of rice bran starch, bamboo grains and jojoba oil, with uplifting and clarifying orange and Lemon effectively sloughs off dead skin cells leaving the skin soft and fresh.
My next step is my rehab clay mask to detox draw out impurities and excess oils. At Wideye we use natural clays, each blended specifically using essential oils to help address skin concerns. Rehab is made using Yellow clay, antioxidant-rich Grapefruit and bergamot essential oils and natural Papaya enzymes. leaving the skin looking healthy and revitalised

Aqua karma Skin nourishing balm
It is our classic signature Aqua karma blend of patchouli, bergamot and lime that lures me in. One of my ultimate favourite products and a customer favourite. I love watching customers' reactions when I apply this to their hands, it’s always of utter delight! and I must admit I always purchase it for gifts. It is a stunning super-rich vitamin balm that will soften, repair and rejuvenate your skin. With nourishing Shea butter and Evening primrose oil, rich in vitamins and nutrients to restore elasticity and improve texture and leaves your skin insanely soft and smells Devine. It’s a winner!

Shower spa clay melts
My mini mid-week savours to give my body and mind that detox boost it needs to relax and re-energise for the days ahead. I love these little spa treats each one made with different natural detoxing clays, to draw out impurities, its unique blend of essential oils to ease, each with Rich butter and regeneration properties.
Simply massage onto wet skin in the shower and watch it fizz, the beautiful clays will purify skin, and essential oils will merge with the hot steam making it an aromatherapeutic experience for the senses. Finally to melt on the skin is the luxurious Coca & Shea butter leaving your skin soft, supple and well-nourished….. All this from a tiny little melt and a 5 min shower, you can see why it is my little mid-week TLC
Late lounge bath bomb
I am lucky enough to have a bath and I am so thankful for that. Like many, suffer from aches and pains and to have that luxury of being able to ease that with a hot bath is a big help. I have decided to pick one of my favourite bath bombs Late lounge bath bomb, it is the ultimate luxurious bath bomb with not only our stable Apricot oil that we put into many of our bath bombs but it has generous clumps of cocoa butter in it leaving my skin super soft and no need to moisturise afterwards. Late lounge is a sumptuous floral blend of geranium, Rose, Petitgrain and Ylang Ylang making it not only hormonal balancing, but the Ylang-Ylang is also said to help release inhibitions and…. Escape …. Immersed in stunning roses that are used so elegantly to decorate it. It’s the ultimate bath time treat with one of our soy wax candles.
