We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.

Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.
A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

Hi, I was given the Skin Fuel Facial Moisturiser as a birthday gift in November . Bought by my partner from the Brighton shop. I had two large sore spots that developed within two days and dry skin- I’m 55 and not had any skin sensitivity issues before. Skin took ages to heal and one seems to have scared. Have been meaning to contact you- this email prompted me. My daughter (21 years) tried it a few weeks after me and her skin was very reactive to it. The perfume seemed very strong- maybe just that batch. Disappointing as I was hoping this could be an ethical alternative to my usual but sadly I’m too concerned to try again. I have used the moisturer on my arms instead. Kind regards, Lisa White
