We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.

Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.

I really liked the look of your products and was willing to pay extra for quick delivery but your delivery wasn’t guaranteed so I didn’t buy.
Products are fantastic. Would you consider a sticker on your wrapping to show which each bath bomb/ shower steamer is? Especially a good idea when gifting.
Dont have click and collect on every webpage when you don’t provide the service. Makes you look outdated and misleading to those who what to use it, spend time choosing an order then find out they can’t.
