We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.

Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.

love love love the products you produce. I would like to see two things. 1) a face cleansing bar, 2) a shampoo and conditional bar. These are with travelling in mind and needing to keep things to a minimum. i am aware of a handcream bar also. Is this a viability? Hope this is helpful.
Really love the reed diffusers! Would be even happier if you sold a larger refill option, I decant mine into quite a big bottle & 100ml is just not enough! Xx
