Help Us Shape What We Make Next

WiDEYE has always been about keeping things simple.

We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.

And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.

This blog is your suggestion box

Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.

A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

We’d love to hear:

What you reach for most (and when), what feels essential in your routine and what you’d change, tweak, or simplify.

We'd particularly love to hear feedback on our shower bars. So drop your suggestions in the comments below. Whether it’s a small tweak or a big idea, we want to hear it.

Thanks for helping us build products that keep up with life outdoors.

  • I bought the bath bombs as a Christmas present for my daughter. She absolutely loved the smell and size of the bombs and said they were moisturising too, leaving her skin really soft.

  • I would like to see more coloured/stain lip balms to use instead of lipstick.
Also coloured eye shadow balms would be good.

  • I love your hand creams – both the neroli and the lavender versions. I struggle to find hand creams that I can use with my sensitive skin. Hand creams often make my chapped hands sting in the winter but yours are fantastic.
I’ve used your body lotions for years – my fav sent is beach bum. However, the last two bottles – 1 beach bum and 1 aqua parma – have separated with a watery layer forming. When I’ve shaken the bottles before use, the lotion becomes too runny so I’ve had to remove some of the watery layer to get a better consistency. I wondered if you’ve changed the consistency? Unfortunately, I’ve had to start buying an alternative brand but I’d love to return to your body lotion if you could improve the consistency.
