We’ve always believed our products should be low maintenance, but still something you genuinely look forward to using. Whether that’s after a cold swim, a long walk, or just a long day spent outdoors. The one you reach for without thinking… but still enjoy every single time.
And the truth is, the only way we can get that right is by listening to the people who actually use them — you.
This blog is your suggestion box
Instead of sending out a formal questionnaire, we wanted to do something more open. Think of this blog as a place to leave your thoughts — the good, the honest, and the “what if” ideas.
A lot of what we do is because of your feedback. When you leave a comment here, it doesn’t get ignored or forgotten. We read it, talk about it, and use it to shape what we do next.

Hi, love your products and buy often for myself and for gifts. Few thoughts below:
-Blue boxes that the bath cubes and shower melts come in, the blue ink from packaging rubs off and stains the product. I also find the way these are separated into different categories quite confusing/overwhelming. It would be good to make the differences clearer.
- people have bought me the shower bars and I’m a bit skeptical what is the difference between this and soap? I also don’t know what any of them are as I think the paper packaging has fallen off.
-love the face oils, face cleanser, shower gels, and love the members points and VIP gift, always makes me prioritise getting gifts at wide eye over anywhere else
I love the glass bottles for the face wash and the metal pump, together it feels like an eco friendly power pack. It would be nice if the labels were a bit calmer, somewhat customisable or even removable, so that people can integrate the bottle into the design of their own places better. I for example like to have a very muted colour pallet in my bathroom to make it a calming and relaxing space. Metal pumps in black would be another design element that would make me want to put the face wash on display more.
Ordered the shower bar explorer set …started with the bar I thought I would like the least…..and its fab…love it. Cant wsit for the rest!
